Photographer James Craig Hill, a native of Houston, and his wife, Yelena, of Moscow, Russia, are Hill's Photography.
James received his Master of Photography degree in 2002 from the People's University of the Arts in Moscow, where he studied under Alexander Degtyaryov, a well-known Russian photographer, documentary film maker and author. James Craig Hill has worked as a free lance photographer both overseas and in the United States. Yelena is the brain behind the business side of Hill's Photography, and quite possibly the best photographic assistant ever!
James and Yelena have been married since 1998. In their free time they enjoy traveling, listening to music, spending time with friends, and the company of their cat, Smokey.
James Craig Hill trained in traditional photographic techniques. To ensure high quality photographs, he uses only medium and large format film cameras.
James is a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.
